She's a tough one...
The ScrapeYard was rather large to the fea her size. There were many car's and peice's of metal scattered out every where making the place look rather Junky but the fea didnt mind at all. A soft pit-pat noise was heard as she went closer into the ScrapYard. Audit's faced forward as she stubbled 'pon a can that was laying out in the middle of.. Well no where. She listened to the reckless noise and scampered forward tucking her tail in between her leg's. Know for being a four year old, she seemed a bit skidish, but when it came to fight's she seemed like she had won it a thousand time and this was the last one. Her collar clanged against it making a slightly jingly noise, Her Pillar's bringing her to where ever she pleased. Visionaire's pondering each site over and over again. She seemed like this place was a dream come true, but really, It was just a few metal's here and a few junk there. Of course the fea didnt mind this. Merle' grew up on the street's becoming a purebred stray. Even though most stray's were mutt's. Her pillar's lightly tapped the ground as she put her nose to the ground sniffing curiously of a knew smell. Dog. Yes, there was another smell and it just had to be another dog. She hoped it was a vicious one, Cause lately, ever since she came this direction there was alot of street rumbling and for fighting she didnt mind, but too much of it.. Well was too much. Pillar's haulted as they came to an old car. It seemed to be untouched while each door was torn out leaving the soft comfy and rather dusty seat's in them. She took herself around the car, sniffing the ground for any other presence. So far she hadnt smelt any besides one. Visionaire's looked to the car to other car's placed in a line. She came to a Slugbus that, too, had it's door's taken off and inside was all rugged down with one long seat in the back full of the same furnish as the floor. It was a bit dusty, But the Fea didnt mind, like alway's. She hoped in sniffing the floor's checking each and every scrap that was left in the back of the slugbus. There was no food, But there was a rumor that at night the man left food out for the dog's and she was to find that out once it became dark. Well this was her new home. She proped herself on the back long seat and curled her bodice close in. Her tail came around and touched her nose as she put her chin ontop of it, using it as a pillow of some sort. She licked her chop's softly as she closed her eye's listening to the wind slowly blow through the open door's. I twas indeed a bit chilly, but she could manage it on her own.
But some how she didnt win...

» Soft pads made contact with the earth. The soil was hard and bare. There wasn't a single plant growing in the scrap yard. Not a weed, not a flower, not a patch of grass. But there was metal. Piles upon piles of metal. Old cars, discarded scrap metal. And then, that was it. But there was so much of it, that you wouldn't that was it. From his vantage point, lying on top of an old, broken and rusty van, he could see the whole yard, from one side to another. The tall chain link fences that surrounded the place, going right around in a rectangle. There was little use for them, seeing as the gate was open. And they weren't much to look at, either, so why would they be there for decoration? Humans were strange creatures, but as long as they worshiped and respected dogs, they could do whatever they wanted to.
» It was so quiet here, even though the city was just behind the fence that served no visible purpose. Maybe that was why it was there- even though it didn't look like it did anything, maybe it was blocking out the noise, the worry, and everything else about the city. You had time to think in here. There was no one to bother you here. Because not many dogs- or people- hung around the scrap yard. He closed his eyes. Recently, there had been a lot of hubbub going around about the god, Vir. Was he really real? Siren had chosen to believe in him. But why? Where was the proof that this god existed? Did they believe in him because the humans did? And what was so great about reincarnation? What if you got tired of living? He supposed that in your next life you wouldn't be tired of living, because you wouldn't remember having ever lived before, but that was one out of six questions answered. He sighed. If he was asking all these these questions, he might as well ask the one that everyone wonders about too; why are we even here?
» Well, you know what they say. Some questions are better left unanswered. As long as you do what you think is right, it doesn't matter. But Siren didn't know what was right. He didn't even know who he was, as corny as that sounds. His thoughts were interrupted by the noise of another dog, walking into a can and making a rattling sound that echoed through the yard. Siren jumped slightly, then sat up and looked for the source of the noise. It was another dog. He watched her as long as he could without moving, but eventually he couldn't see her anymore. Leaping off the van gracefully and noiselessly, he padded silently in the direction she had gone, careful not to make any noise and choosing where he put his paws carefully so as not to rattle anything as she had done. Eventually he caught sight of her again, though she was now in a car. Hiding in the shadows of a car, he watched her, sizing her up. She jumped into a slugbus [what is a slug bus? o.o] and curled up. It looked like she was going to go to sleep.
» He was thinking of turning back, but for some reason he didn't want to. Possibly it was the fact that he hated being alone, even if being with people meant like he had to act 'cool'. He took a deep shuddering breath. He hated this, why did he do it? But the answer to that question reminded him of everything that he knew, or at least he thought he knew. If I didn't, everyone would hate me. He thought to himself. It was always the same answer- nobody liked a dog like Siren. So he had to act to fit in. He wished that people would just accept him the way he was. That would make his life so much more enjoyable. Pushing his thoughts to one side and donning his crazy grin, he dashed over to the bus. Then, giving himself a little shake he leaped into the car and sat down, looking down at the other dog. “Hello there,” He said, grin still in place.

Winning is no game...
Thought's ran through her head as she rested there so quietly. Seeming to be undisturbed which was quit unusaul around the scrap yard. But that's what other's had told her. That many came here for the food that was left out at night, And that, That was what she was waiting for. Laying there silently, another thought ran through her endless mind. She didnt know if Vir was really the true god or if other dog's actually believed in that stuff too. It was a hard decision as she grew up. Not being around her Family for awhile. Infact, what did happen to her family? She of course knew the whole story and she hated to tell it to anyone, and infact, again, she hasnt told anyone a single peep. She couldnt trust anybody to tell them what had happen. And having no siblings was easier than it looked. Her dad was a tough fighter and almost alway's a winner, But toward's Merle's mom was a big difference than love.. It was diffently the opposite of love. Anyway's, That was how Merle' got her stregnth. From her dad of course. But on the other hand, Her sweet smile, soft walk, and look's, was all from her mother. It was hard trying to act tough, but yet it came out when she felt offened of any sort. Then that one night, she knew she shouldnt of spoken to her mum about the abuse's... She wished she could of turned that around and just stick up for her mum and tell her father to treat her Mum with love and care. And now, Merle' could only shrug that off her shoulder's and just try to remember her mother's sweet smile, that had been passed down to Merle'. Finally, she opened her visionaire's to another sound of a dog. She lifted her cranium to look toward's the brute. A soft smile appeared after she yawned silently and hearing his lyric's fill her audit's. Why Hello, My name's Merle'. Her voice seemed to spill out like honey as she spoke ever so gently to the brute in front of her. For some reason she didnt mind brute's at all, it was the other fea's that seemed to get to her most of the times. But fighting a brute wasnt any different then fighting a different fea.
But Game's can be won...

» His brown eyes stayed on the fae, surveying her carefully. She seemed to be some sort of shepherding dog. He didn't know what it was about sheep herding dogs, but you could always tell that they were what they were. When he saw one, he would think 'That dog must be a collie, or some other type of shepherd dog.' It was like an instinct. He couldn't tell what kind this femme was; she appeared to be a mix. The fur was fluffy, kind of poofy even. And he wasn't sure he'd ever seen it in that colour before. Siren looked down at himself. He was a collie mix. Her fur was like his, in a way, because of how long it was. He blinked his eyes slowly. It seemed most dogs on the streets were mutts- there was nobody to force them to breed with anyone in particular, so they ran amok. Once again, Siren was reminded of that strange little ritual where you chose someone in particular to mate with. And suddenly he wondered if a female chose him, what would happen? He wouldn't know what to do.
» The female responded, distracting him from his thoughts. It was a simple greeting, but he couldn't really ask for anything more than that. Merle'... That was a type of... colour? There were certain breeds with that word in their names. Did the word Merle relate to her breed? Her fur? Or was it just a name? He let out a small sigh. Why did he always ask so many questions? He didn't seem to be able to stop. He then turned his attention back to the fae, smiling sheepishly, having completely zoned out there for a few moments. She was smiling at him. She had a nice smile- when of the most genuine ones he'd seen in a while. Then again, Siren hadn't been around very many nice people recently. He wasn't the greatest at choosing who to hang around with. Which was part of how this insecurity had come into play.
» “I'm Siren. You come here often?” His strange, carefree, if not careless, grin returned while his spoke, and it widened on the last sentence. He was obviously not actually trying to flirt with her, and was actually making fun of people who used that line. He really didn't see how that was considered flirting, when people said said. But he shrugged it off. His eyes danced with humour and with recklessness, and he seemed to give off an aura that was hard to interpret. It sort of suggested that he didn't care, but that was kind of hard to understand. Maybe it was sort of a warning, like a siren. That he was crazy- not in a way that was dangerous to others, but in a way that was dangerous to himself.

We Can Change...
So Siren it was... A Unique name, Rarely had she ever heard it, But speak for herself was she? Her name Merle' was a color, Mostly it was most of her breed. Merle' Blue Australian shepherd. Yes indeed that's what she was. Her breed wasnt all that bad looking compared to his. His breed seemed more... Well perfect. It seemed as if her breed was a dirty job indeed. Nipping at cattle's ankle's. She even used that technique upon human's, Which she laughed at much. Siren's Breed wasnt that far from her's either. He too also had to nip at cattle's ankle's. How'd she know? The fur, Feature's and mostly on how the body would stand. I guess it was her instict to find what breed of dog she had ever met. Sitting up straight, Her visionaire's met his. Not really staring, But mostly paying attention. She was known to flirt, But now wasnt the time. This Brute didnt seem like he was interested in her much. Although, he could be knowing she couldnt read mind's to find out. Her tail was properly curled around her bodice tryin to make her look somewhat clean and eventaully that would wear off fast once she got used to the brute, if they ever became friends.. Or perhap's more than friends. MORE THAN FRIENDS? was she thinking to forward? Did she really like the look's of him so far? Well, She somewhat felt different around this brute than many other's. Making her feel more comfortable. Knowing she shouldnt get her hope's up, she just smiled her sweet smile at him and went on with her life. Siren... What a nice name... God what was she saying? A nice name? Well come to think of it, it was pretty nice sounding. Actually, To come to think of it... This is my first time here... You come around here often? Her sweet voice spilled, But for some reason she didnt feel like she was saying the right word's. She felt she needed to say something else, But what? It was making her irrated knowing that she was starting off the wrong way. Only a sigh was emitted as she wagged her tail once or twice.
Only If We Wanted Too...
